We had a wonderful stay surrounded by picturesque backdrop and enjoyed nature. The hotel staff was professional, kind and the common spaces were classy and cozy. We indulged in the two-star Michelin restaurant, which offered excellent dinner. Besides, the best aspects of our stay were the unlimited access to the thermal bath, which was included in the price and the ease of access to Zumthor’s spa. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities, the excellent breakfast, and the helpfulness of staff.
Absolutely nothing.

The ease of access to the Therme Spa was the best part. Clean rooms. Unbelievable natural architect design. Soul healing atmosphere. Excellent restaurant food.
Can't think of anything.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were absolutely blown away by the level of comfort and quality services provided. From the moment we stepped foot into this venue, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the attentive staff. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the nearby Spa that is truly a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. Along with our stay, we were delighted to have unlimited access to the thermal bath, which was included in the price. Additionally, the dinner at the two-star Michelin restaurant exceeded our expectations and left us wanting more. The food, including the breakfast, served at the restaurant was of the highest quality.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is indeed stunning and worth the trip. the access to the thermal bath is unlimited and included in the price, which is a great advantage. the common spaces are classy and cozy. the room is quite small, with very little room to move around, and the bathroom is not spacious enough for two people. the storage space is also limited, which can be frustrating for those with luggage.
The high price of the restaurants is borderline ridiculous. Even having stayed in luxury hotels worldwide, the prices of food and wine on the menus were almost insulting.

The access to the thermal bath was a highlight of my Easter getaway. It was nice to unwind and relax in nature. the unlimited access included in the package was a great perk. the location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. It was easy to get around and see the sights.
the rooms were extremely small and cramped, with barely enough room to move around.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to the nearby thermal baths and beautiful scenery. During Christmas time, the hotel had lovely decorations that helped to create a festive atmosphere. the friendly staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay.
The room we stayed in was very cramped, with limited space for us to move around. Even worse, the bathroom was uncomfortably small, hardly big enough for one person.
